Heat the cream to 90 degrees, remove the pot from the heat. Melt chocolate and butter in the cream and add Vana Tallinn liqueur.

- Dark chocolate: 300 g
- Butter: 25 g
- Estonian liqueur: 4 tablespoons

Mix until homogeneous consistency, let cool and send to the refrigerator. From the cooled mass, form balls with a diameter of 2.5 cm and send them back to the refrigerator.
