Alenka in a Diaper Cookies

A rare recipe that Olga Syutkina brought to our editorial office. The diaper here is dough, and Alenka turns out to be marmalade.

Mix flour with salt.
- Wheat flour: 280 g
- Salt: pinch

Mix room temperature butter with cottage cheese until smooth.
- Butter: 230 g
- Cottage cheese: 220 g

Combine all ingredients, roll into a ball, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Wheat flour: 280 g

Cut the jelly into sticks 3-4 cm long and 0.5 cm thick.
- Fruit marmalade: 200 g

Take the dough out of the fridge. Cut it into two parts, put one back in the fridge, and roll the other into an even circle.

Cut into four parts, then cut each segment into three more. You will get twelve parts.

Place a piece of marmalade on the wide edge and wrap it. Do the same with the remaining segments and then with the leftover dough from the fridge.
- Fruit marmalade: 200 g

Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. After cooking, you can sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar.
