Chop the mushrooms and onions, fry in oil.
- Chanterelles: 200 g
- White mushrooms: 200 g
- Onion: 100 g
- Vegetable oil: 50 ml

Add salted mushrooms and chopped garlic, season with salt and pepper.
- Salted milk mushrooms: 200 g
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Sauté the mushrooms until cooked. Add lemon juice and chopped parsley to the mushrooms.

Boil the eggs, grate them, and add to the cooled mushrooms.

Form pastries with mushroom filling from puff pastry and bake at 180 degrees until done.
