For the cream, whip the chilled cream into a thick fluffy mass, add lime juice and condensed milk, mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Cream 33%: 300 ml
- Lime: 0.5 piece
- Condensed milk: 100 g

Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath for the chocolate topping.
- Dark chocolate: 100 g
- Butter: 80 g

Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the yolks with powdered sugar and flour until fluffy and white.

- Powdered sugar: 30 g
- Wheat flour: 30 g

Whip the egg whites separately to stiff peaks so that they hold well on the whisk.

Gently fold the chocolate into the whipped egg whites and yolks with a spatula, trying not to lose volume.

Spread the resulting dough in a baking dish in a 2 cm layer.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cool the baked crust and crumble it into fine crumbs by hand.

Layer cream at the bottom of a deep serving dish, sprinkle with chocolate crumbs, and decorate with microgreens, chocolate eggs, and gummy insects.
