To make jam, take large overripe cucumbers. Peel them, cut off the ends. Use a small spoon to remove the seeds from the cucumbers.

Then cut into cubes of about 0.5–1 cm and place in a cooking pot. Pour honey (500 g of honey for 1 kg of cucumbers).

Mix thoroughly and place in a cool place (for 2 to 8 hours) to allow juice to form.

Put on the fire, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to minimum.
