Mix the yeast with sugar and place in a warm place to rise. Melt the butter in a water bath. Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt and baking soda, pour in the yeast, melted butter, water, kefir and knead the dough.

- Sugar: 50 g
- Butter: 70 g
- Wheat flour: 4 glasss
- Salt: 15 g
- Soda: 3 g
- Water: 150 ml
- Kefir: 1 glass

You can add finely chopped olives, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, or rosemary to the dough if desired.

Place the prepared dough in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then knead again, shape the bread, and let it rise for 15 minutes. Bake at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.
