Bread with garlic butter

To test, warm the milk, add sugar and salt (10 g). Dissolve the yeast in the milk, add eggs and black charcoal powder. Mix thoroughly. Add flour and knead the dough while gradually adding melted butter (200 g). Knead well. Cover the finished dough with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Milk: 500 ml
- Sugar: 150 g
- Salt: 15 g
- Fresh yeast: 50 g
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Activated carbon: 14 g
- Wheat flour: 1 kg
- Butter: 300 g

Then divide the dough into 60 pieces of 30 grams each, shape into round buns, and place on a greased baking tray. Leave for 15 minutes. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with seeds.

Bake the buns in the oven at 175 degrees for 7-8 minutes.

For garlic butter, blend garlic, herbs, and salt (5 g) and strain through a sieve. Add the resulting juice to softened butter (100 g) and mix with a blender. Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap and refrigerate to set. Slice before serving.
