Add sugar (200 g) to soft butter (120 g) and whip into a fluffy pale mass.
- Butter: 150 g
- Sugar: 250 g

Add the eggs one by one, waiting for each to fully incorporate.

Mix flour with baking powder, sift it, and gradually add to the dough.
- Wheat flour: 150 g
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

Add salt and knead the dough until smooth.

Line a mold with a diameter of 23-25 cm with parchment and grease it with butter. Place the dough on the parchment.

Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.

Squeeze lemon juice from the plums and mix.

Place the halves of the plums on the dough and gently press them in.

Mix the remaining sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle it on top of the pie. Bake for about 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Check readiness with a skewer.
