Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the molds with oil and dust with cocoa. Fill the molds with batter and place in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, then carefully invert onto a plate by pressing the plate against the mold. Serve this dessert warm, cutting into the center to let the filling spill onto the plate.
