Chicken and cheese pie is a refined dish of European cuisine, combining tender chicken fillet, creamy cheese, and fragrant dill wrapped in airy puff pastry. Its origin is linked to traditional homemade pies that have always symbolized comfort and hospitality. The rich cheesy flavor with light herbal notes makes this pie perfect for family dinners and festive gatherings. Sesame adds a crispy crust, while the golden yolk layer gives an appetizing appearance. It is best served hot to fully reveal the softness of the filling and the subtle aroma of spices. It pairs wonderfully with a light salad or a glass of white wine, making the meal truly sophisticated.
