Pour gelatin with cold water, mix and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Gelatin: 20 g
- Water: 70 ml

Add sugar to the mandarin juice, bring to a boil, remove from heat, add gelatin and stir.
- Mandarin juice: 350 ml
- Sugar: 4 tablespoons
- Gelatin: 20 g

Add cream to the yogurt, heat to 60 degrees. Add 250 ml of warm mandarin mixture and stir.
- Natural yoghurt: 250 ml
- Cream 33%: 100 ml
- Mandarin juice: 350 ml

Pour into glasses, leaving space for the tangerine layer. Place in the refrigerator for an hour.

Mix the peeled and sliced mandarins with the mixture and place them in glasses. Refrigerate for another hour.
