Mix plant-based milk and chia seeds.
- Plant milk: 120 ml
- Chia seeds: 10 g

Let them swell (this will take about 20 minutes).

Take two deep bowls: one for dry ingredients and another for liquids.

When the chia is ready, add it to the liquid and mix.

Add the dry ingredients and mix again. Do this quickly.
- Hazelnut flour: 100 g
- Corn flour: 30 g
- Coconut sugar: 40 g
- Natural coffee: 10 g
- Maple syrup: 50 ml

Grease a 20 cm diameter mold with oil, place the dough, and bake the pie in the oven for 35 minutes at 190 degrees.
- Coconut oil: 15 ml
