Yakut flatbread is a simple yet extraordinarily delicious dish rooted in the traditions of the northern peoples of Russia. Made with kefir and cottage cheese, it acquires a pleasant sour milk note, and its delicate texture makes it especially airy. This recipe reflects a love for natural ingredients and the ability to create hearty and healthy dishes from simple products. The flatbreads can be served as a standalone treat with tea or used instead of bread, pairing them with various spreads, honey, or berries. Due to their softness and lightness, they are perfect for breakfast or a snack. The aroma of fresh baking wafting through the kitchen during preparation makes them even more appealing!
