Cut the apples into small cubes and sprinkle with sugar. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 50 ml of liqueur.
- Apple: 200 g
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Baileys liqueur: 50 ml

Then roll out the puff pastry and cut it into triangles in a checkerboard pattern. Place the apple filling at the base of each triangle.
- Puff pastry: 300 g

Start twisting the triangles from the base to the top. Shape them into a crescent. Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg yolk on top.

Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of at least 180 degrees.
