Liqueur kurabie is a refined treat infused with the aroma of vanilla and delicate creamy notes. European baking traditions inspired the creation of these crispy yet soft cookies that perfectly combine the sweetness of powdered sugar, the velvetiness of butter, and the delicate taste of Baileys liqueur. The apple jam nestled in the center of each piece adds a sweet-and-sour delight, creating a harmony of flavors. Such cookies are often served with fragrant coffee or tea, enjoying their crumbly texture and rich taste. They are suitable for cozy home gatherings as well as festive evenings when you want to delight loved ones with something special.
