Gluten-free apple pie

Mix flour and salt, then add butter and mix well. Add water gradually while mixing everything together. Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Gluten free flour: 1.3 glass
- Salt: 0.3 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
- Water: 0.3 glass

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Take out the cold dough and place it around the edges of the baking dish to form borders. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the crust sets and turns golden at the edges. Remove from the oven and cool.

Reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees.

Slice the apples. Mix the syrup, cinnamon, and vegetable oil. Drizzle this mixture over the apples and mix well to distribute evenly.
- Apple: 3 pieces
- Sugar syrup: 0.5 glass
- Cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon

Arrange the apples evenly on the pie crust.

Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
