Combine flour, starch, sugar, vanillin, and salt; mix well. While stirring constantly, add butter to the mixture and then water. Knead a rather stiff dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour, wrapped in plastic wrap.
- Whole grain flour: 100 g
- Almond flour: 100 g
- Cane sugar: 65 g
- Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon
- Vanillin: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: pinch
- Corn oil: 60 ml
- Water: 40 ml
2
Once the dough has rested, shape it into half-spheres slightly smaller than half a walnut. Place them on baking paper and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. Once ready, let the cookies cool completely in the slightly open oven.
3
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. When the chocolate cools slightly but doesn't harden, use a teaspoon to spread chocolate on one half of the cookie sphere and connect it with the second half. Place the balls on a plate and let the chocolate cool completely and harden again.
- Dark chocolate: 50 g
