Mash the bananas into puree with a fork.
- Bananas: 2 pieces

Mix banana puree with flour and gradually add water, stirring well.
- Gluten free flour: 1 glass
- Plant milk: 0.5 glass

Add syrup and butter, mix well.
- Agave syrup: 1 tablespoon
- Coconut oil: 1 tablespoon

Dissolve baking soda with lemon juice and mix with the banana mixture.
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon
- Lemon: 0.5 piece

Add cinnamon and blueberries and mix everything again.
- Ground cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon
