Take the coconut milk out of the fridge, need its solid part.
- Coconut milk: 0.3 glass

Whip in a mixer until soft and airy. Place the cream in the refrigerator for a short time.

Send the liquid part of coconut milk (water) to the blender with quinoa, syrup, cocoa, and salt. Blend until smooth. You can add a little more coconut water if desired.
- Coconut water: 0.3 glass
- Quinoa: 1 glass

- Cocoa powder: 0.5 glass

Pour the pudding into a large bowl and mix with coconut cream using a mixer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until thickened.
