Wash the cranberries, blend them, and strain through a sieve. Chill the cranberry juice.

Pour water over the berry extracts and boil for 10 minutes, then strain, add semolina to the broth and mix. After 10 minutes, add sugar and vanilla extract, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes until thickened, then cool.
