Raspberry Buns

Raspberry buns are a refined treat of European cuisine, combining the softness of yeast dough with the delicate sweet-sour freshness of raspberries. This recipe is inspired by the tradition of baking rooted in cozy home cafes, where the aroma of fresh pastries created an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. The buns have an airy texture due to the combination of butter and vegetable oil, while vanilla and sugar add a pleasant sweetness to the dough. The raspberry filling, encased in a soft dough shell, reveals its vibrant flavor after baking, and powdered sugar completes the harmony of this dessert. These buns are perfect for breakfast, a light snack, or a cozy tea time with friends and family.
