Cottage cheese marshmallow is a delicate and airy treat inspired by classic European desserts. Its base is cottage cheese, which adds a pleasant tang and rich flavor. Baked pears add fruity sweetness, while vanilla makes the aroma refined. Thanks to gelatin and careful whipping, the marshmallow acquires a light structure reminiscent of clouds. It is perfect as a standalone dessert or as a refined addition to morning coffee. This marshmallow is not only delicious but also healthy—rich in protein and calcium, making it an excellent choice for those mindful of their diet. Historically, cottage cheese desserts were popular in Eastern European cuisine, where natural ingredients and delicate textures were valued. The finished marshmallow is cut into pieces and enjoyed for its silky softness that unfolds with each bite.
