Add butter, one egg, salt, sugar, dry yeast, and flour (the amount of flour is approximate) to warm milk. Knead a soft dough and let it rest for an hour.
- Milk: 100 ml
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Salt: pinch
- Sugar: 3.5 tablespoons
- Dry yeast: 0.5 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 350 g

Roll the dough into a circle 2-3 cm larger than the diameter of the mold.

Lightly beat the eggs with sugar. It's better to whisk by hand to avoid bubbles in the filling. Add sour cream and mix until smooth.
