Whip the butter and grape syrup. Add cream to it.
- Butter: 160 g
- Grape syrup: 80 ml
- Cream 33%: 100 ml

Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt separately. Gradually add the dry mixture to the creamy mass in four parts, mixing well each time. If you can't find grape syrup, it can easily be replaced with agave, Jerusalem artichoke, or date syrup.
- Wheat flour: 280 g
- Baking powder: 10 g
- Salt: to taste

Cut the apples in any known way, you can use cubes.
- Apple: 2 kg

Melt butter in a pan with apples. Keep the apples in the pan for about two minutes.
