Prepare the dough. Add water, sour cream, egg, and a teaspoon of salt to the flour. Knead well. Let it rest for 40 minutes.
- Wheat flour: 500 g
- Water: 100 ml
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Sour cream: 2 tablespoons

Prepare the minced meat. Pass meat and onion through a meat grinder. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add milk. Mix.
