Tiramisu with strawberry jam is a delicate Italian dessert that combines the lightness of classic tiramisu with the fragrant freshness of strawberries. The traditional tiramisu recipe, originating from the Veneto region of Italy, typically contains coffee and cocoa, but this version offers a refreshing fruity interpretation. The soft mascarpone and cream create a velvety texture, while syrup-soaked biscuits add a light moisture and harmony of flavor. The strawberry jam adds a subtle tartness that highlights the sweetness of the dessert, while fresh berries make it vibrant and aesthetic. It is the perfect treat for romantic evenings or festive events where you want to impress guests with an unusual yet elegant dessert.
