Malutka Candies

Soviet cuisine knows many examples of how very interesting and now legendary dishes were created from improvised ingredients, take the same recipe for the "potato" cake. Candies from the "Malutka" baby formula are the same case . Milk formula, butter, cocoa, sugar and milk are a win-win combination, familiar to us from childhood. They are very easy to prepare - follow our recipe.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Place butter in a small saucepan.
- Butter: 200 g

Add sugar.
- Sugar: 180 g

Add milk to the saucepan. Melt butter with milk and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Milk: 100 ml
- Butter: 200 g
- Sugar: 180 g

Then remove from heat and let cool.

Gradually mix in the dry mixture until a thick mass is obtained.

Put the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool.

Make balls from candy mass.

Coat the balls in cocoa.
- Cocoa powder: 100 g

Put in the refrigerator for a few hours until set.
