Grate the chilled (can be from the freezer) butter, add sugar, cottage cheese, sifted flour and mix everything thoroughly until a dense ball forms. Wrap the dough in a bag and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Butter: 180 g
- Sugar: 40 g
- Cottage cheese: 250 g
- Oat flour: 300 g
