Oatmeal Cookies

This oatmeal cookie recipe is a high-speed one: from the start of preparation to the moment of tea drinking, it will hardly take more than half an hour. Half of this time will be spent baking. Oatmeal is high in protein, so a couple of these cookies are a great snack.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Mix the sifted flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Wheat flour: 100 g
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Baking powder: 0.5 teaspoon

In a small saucepan, melt the butter and continue heating until a nutty aroma and caramel color appear, about 1-2 minutes.
- Butter: 55 g

Pour the oil into a mixing bowl, add vegetable oil, cinnamon, and sugar, and mix. Then add the egg, yolk, and vanilla and beat until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
- Vegetable oil: 125 ml
- Ground cinnamon: 0.3 teaspoon
- Brown sugar: 200 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Egg yolk: 1 piece
- Vanilla extract: 0.5 teaspoon

Use a wooden spoon to mix the flour mixture

Then add the oats and raisins.
- Oat flakes: 250 g
- Raisin: 0.5 glass

Mix them to distribute evenly in the dough.

Use a spoon to place balls of the same size on baking sheets lined with parchment paper, spaced 5 cm apart, and send them to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Transfer the baked cookies with the parchment from the tray to the rack.
