Cut chicken fillet and onion into cubes, add salt and pepper.
- Chicken fillet: 300 g
- Onion: 1 piece
- Salt: to taste

Sift flour into a bowl.
- Wheat flour: 400 g

Knead the dough and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
