Soft kefir waffles with bran are an exquisite combination of tenderness and health benefits. This recipe has roots in French cuisine, where waffles are valued for their airiness and lightness. The use of kefir gives the dough softness, while bran adds texture and nutritional value. The taste features a subtle tang from the kefir, sweetness from honey, and a slight crunch from the bran. They pair wonderfully with honey, butter, or jam, turning a simple breakfast into a gastronomic delight. Thanks to the special thickness of the batter, the waffles bake well and maintain their airy structure. This waffle option is not only tasty but also healthier due to the bran, making it an excellent choice for those watching their diet without giving up small pleasures.
