Dietary grated pie with orange filling is a refined combination of crispy dough and bright citrus filling. Its roots go back to American cuisine, where recipes with oatmeal and nut flour are valued for lightness and health benefits. The orange filling, prepared with the peel, gives the dessert a rich flavor with subtle notes of vanilla and cinnamon. This pie is suitable for both morning tea and cozy family evenings. Its texture is airy yet crispy, and the rich citrus aroma makes it truly unique.

Combine flour, oatmeal, salt, 3 tablespoons of sugar, cashew nut flour (if unavailable, any other or none at all), grate the butter into shavings, lightly rub with hands to make crumbs: if too dry, add 1 tablespoon of water.
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Instant oatmeal: 150 g
- Salt: 3 g
- Sugar: 150 g
- Cashew flour: 100 g
- Butter: 150 g

Grind the oranges with the peel in a chopper, mix with the remaining sugar and vanillin, and you can add ground cinnamon on the tip of a knife. This will be the filling.

- Sugar: 150 g
- Vanillin: 1 g

Grease the mold with oil and add part of the dough, lightly press it down to create low edges. Add the filling and spread it evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top in a thin layer. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees until lightly browned.
- Butter: 150 g
