Divide the dough into two parts in a 2:1 ratio and put it in the refrigerator.

Cut the apples into large cubes, place them in a pot and add sugar. Put the pot on medium heat, add oil and sugar. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, cinnamon, flour and mix everything.

Roll out most of the dough, place it in the mold, shape the edges, and pour in the filling. Roll out the second part of the dough and create a lattice pattern on top of the pie.
