Melt the butter in a saucepan, let it cool slightly, and then beat it with powdered sugar until frothy.
- Butter: 310 g
- Powdered sugar: 170 g

Add an egg and vanillin to the obtained mass and beat well. Add honey and mix.

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and zest, then add to the mixture. Knead until it forms a firm dough that doesn't crumble or stick to your hands.
- Wheat flour: 600 g
- Soda: 3 g
- Baking powder: 10 g
- Orange zest: 20 g

Make cookies like in the photo: divide into equal parts, roll into a sausage shape, and braid. Brush the surface with a mixture of water and egg yolk (10 ml of water per yolk). Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
