Raspberry Okara Cookies

Raspberry cookies made from okara are a delicate and fragrant treat inspired by Russian baking traditions. Okara, a byproduct of soybeans, makes the dough especially soft and crumbly, while corn flour adds a pleasant texture. Raspberry syrup adds exquisite sweetness with a slight tartness, complemented by a subtle vanilla aroma. The baking turns out crispy on the outside and delicately airy on the inside. These cookies are perfect with tea or coffee and also serve as a light snack. They can be served with berries or creams, experimenting with flavor combinations. Due to their simplicity and natural ingredients, they will become a favorite treat for the whole family.
