Vanilla cream dessert with a secret is a refined creation of French cuisine that combines the tenderness of creamy flavor and the exquisite sweetness of vanilla. This dessert has roots in classic cream traditions, but its secret lies in the original combination of textures: the lightness of vanilla cream is complemented by the crunch of cookie crumbs, nutty notes, and refreshing fruit flavors. Kiwi adds a subtle tartness while strawberries bring a touch of romance, especially in elegant heart shapes. This dessert is perfect for cozy evenings and festive treats, served warm or chilled to reveal its flavor palette depending on temperature. It’s not just a sweet dish — it’s a delicate memory of French pastry traditions that can enchant from the very first bite.

1
Prepare the dessert cups: line the inside with thin slices of kiwi.

3
Put the remaining milk on the stove and heat it. When it's not too hot, pour in the mixed starch and milk. Stir constantly and wait for it to thicken. This happens very quickly!
- Milk: 500 ml

Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Remove from heat and cool, stirring occasionally.
- Cane sugar: 2 tablespoons

5
While the cream cools, make hearts out of strawberries. And dice the remaining strawberries.
