Apple charlotte without baking powder is the embodiment of simplicity and coziness in cooking. This pie, popular in Russian cuisine, originated as a way to use leftover bread and seasonal apples. Today it is made from airy dough without baking powder, where the key role is played by thoroughly beating eggs with sugar. The delicate, light texture perfectly complements the sweet and slightly sour notes of apples, creating a harmony of taste. The baking fills the home with warmth and the aroma of baked fruits, evoking pleasant memories. Charlotte is perfect for a cozy family tea time or a festive feast. It can be served with vanilla ice cream or sour cream to highlight the natural sweetness of apples. A simple yet exquisite dessert that brings joy and a sense of home comfort.
