Chocolate semolina cake with kefir is a tender, airy pie soaked in rich cocoa flavor. This dessert has roots in Armenian cuisine, where baking traditions are based on simple yet rich ingredients. Kefir gives the dough a special softness, while semolina adds a light grainy texture. With raisins and nuts, the cake gains additional textural depth and pleasant sweetness. Serving it with jam, melted chocolate, or condensed milk makes it an ideal treat for a cozy tea time. This pie doesn't require complex techniques and is accessible even to baking beginners. It's the perfect choice for those who want to enjoy a warm homemade dessert with a rich chocolate flavor!
