Tarator with smoked meat is a refreshing and nutritious cold soup from Bulgarian cuisine. Traditionally, tarator is made with cucumbers, herbs, garlic, and dairy products, but this version is enriched with the rich flavor of smoked meat. The creaminess of yogurt harmonizes with crunchy vegetables, aromatic spices, and savory meat notes. Due to its lightness and refreshing nature, this dish is perfect for hot days when you crave something cool and invigorating. It can be served as a standalone dish or as an appetizing appetizer before the main meal. A great choice for lovers of original flavor combinations!
