Summer soup with potatoes and turkey is a light and refreshing dish of European cuisine, perfect for warm days. Its roots trace back to the traditions of cold soups, where fresh vegetables and meat create a harmony of flavors. The base consists of tender potatoes and juicy turkey, complemented by crunchy cucumbers and radishes that add freshness to the soup. A light garlic note adds zest, while a sprig of thyme finishes the composition with a subtle aroma. This soup is not only tasty but also healthy, being a source of protein and vitamins. It can be served as a standalone dish, ideally refreshing in hot weather, or as a light starter before the main meal.
