Peel the garlic and grate it finely. Add garlic, breadcrumbs to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly. Form meatballs from the prepared mixture.

Peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Wash the potato, peel it, and slice it, or cut it as you like.

In a hot pan with vegetable oil, we fry the onion and carrot.

We bring the water to a boil, then add the potatoes to the pot. Next, we add the prepared sauté. Then, using a spoon, we drop the meatballs into the pot one by one to avoid breaking them. We cook for about 10 minutes.
