Solyanka in a multicooker

Soljanka in a multicooker is a delightful dish embodying a wealth of flavors and textures. Although its name is associated with Russian cuisine, this version surprises with Japanese notes. The rich broth combines tender beef, smoked chicken, spicy hunter sausages, and pickles, creating a balance between meaty depth and refreshing sourness. Tomato paste adds a bright hue, while vegetables make the dish particularly hearty. Thanks to the multicooker, the cooking process becomes simple and convenient: first, the ingredients are sautéed to release their flavors and then simmered in broth to absorb the aromas. Soljanka is served hot with a slice of fresh bread or sour cream to soften its spiciness. This dish is perfect for cozy family evenings and friendly gatherings.
