Armenian soup has saved many people from hangovers. It can be made thinner, but we like it thick like porridge.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Whip the matzun.
- Matsoni: 600 ml

Add flour and egg.
- Wheat flour: 60 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Mix well, add water, and place on low heat. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon or spatula. Do not bring to a boil, otherwise everything will curdle.
- Water: 360 ml

Boil the dzavar separately for a bit, then add it to the matsun and cook until ready.
- Round grain wheat (dzavar): 480 g
- Matsoni: 600 ml

Sauté the onion in butter until soft, add it to the soup and stir.
- Butter: 20 g
- Onion: 60 g

Chop the cilantro finely.
- Fresh cilantro (coriander): 30 g
