We take the meat, place it in a medium pot, add water, and put it on medium heat.
- Chicken: 400 g

Bring to a boil, strain the broth if necessary.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes and add them to the pot.

We chop the cabbage, grate the carrot on a fine grater, and slice the onion.

We make a sauté - in a pan, fry the onion in sunflower oil until golden, then add the carrot. (Can be done simultaneously). Once everything is golden, add it to the pot.

Dice the tomatoes and sauté for 4-5 minutes in the same pan. Add to the pot.
