Pour oil into a duck pan, add 1-2 cloves of garlic to the oil, and sauté until a pleasant aroma arises. Immerse the previously chopped chicken into the heated oil, cover with a lid, and simmer until half-cooked.

Grate the carrot. Chop the onion as you like (I sliced it into half rings). Then add it to the meat in the pot.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and immediately add them to the pot after the onions.
- Potato: 500 g

Slice the champignons and sauté them in a pan. (I first sautéed pieces of ginger until fragrant, removed them, and then sautéed the mushrooms.) Set the sautéed mushrooms aside on a plate.
- Champignons: 400 g

Peel the tomatoes, finely chop the flesh. Fry in a pan. If the tomatoes are not juicy, add a little salt and some tomato paste mixed with water. Add mushrooms to the mixture, simmer for a couple of minutes and transfer to a casserole.
- Tomatoes: 3 pieces
- Champignons: 400 g

Add salt, pepper, and 2-3 cloves of garlic to taste. Five minutes before it's done, add sour cream and, if necessary, dilute slightly with water.
