We boil broccoli with onion and a head of garlic. We salt and pepper.

Pour the broth into the blender, add 1 tablespoon of grated cheese and 3 tablespoons of fresh soft cottage cheese (it will create a delicate creamy base).

- Soft low-fat cottage cheese: 4 tablespoons

Meanwhile, we sauté the seafood (frozen seafood mix) in milk in a pan, add salt and spices to taste, then drain all the liquid and add our seafood to the soup to taste!
