Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, chop the onion into medium sticks, finely shred the cabbage, and cut the potato into medium sticks.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add carrots and onions. Set the program to 'Frying', product type to 'Vegetables', and cooking time to 10 minutes.
