Cut the celery and chervil.
- Celery: 1 piece
- Chervil: 15 g

Combine them with crab meat and lemon zest in a bowl. Cover and let it sit.
- Crab meat: 250 g
- Lemon zest: 10 g

Place the avocado flesh in a blender. Add broth, cream, lime juice, salt, pepper, and 200 ml of water. Blend until smooth. This will be the base of the soup.
