Fitness soup in a multicooker is a light and nutritious dish, perfect for healthy eating. It is based on fresh vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and onions that give the soup tenderness and rich flavor. Corn adds a light sweetness, while spices provide pleasant aromatic notes. Cooking in a multicooker preserves maximum nutrients, and the soup's texture remains soft and harmonious.
