Summer Pea Soup

Wash the peas and green onions. Cut the tips off the pea pods and chop the green onions finely. Peel and mince the garlic.
- Peas: 350 g
- Green onion with bulb: 1 piece
- Garlic: 2 heads

Heat the oil, sauté the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Heat the vegetable broth. Add the peas, sautéed onion, and garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon

Pour the soup into a blender and blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper. Cool and refrigerate. When serving, pour into bowls and add 1 tablespoon of sour cream to each. Garnish with cilantro.
